Artist and broadcaster Nancy Lang was booked by the Gangnam Police Station for suspected drunk driving in Seoul on the morning of September 8. The incident occurred around 3:45 AM in the Gangnam district.

Initial reports indicated that her blood alcohol concentration was at or above 0.08%, a level that triggers driver's license revocation. Police are currently investigating the specific circumstances of the incident, including her driving route and the details of the offense.

Nancy Lang's agency, Megaton Entertainment, has contested the severity of the reports. The agency stated that she had consumed only one or two glasses of champagne at a social gathering and argued that her alcohol level was not at the license revocation threshold. They noted that the breathalyzer test was conducted as she was nearing her home.
