India Forms Nilekani‑Led Task Force to Overhaul National Exam System
Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the creation of a six‑member task force to reform India's examination system after a series of high‑profile paper leaks in exams such as NEET and JEE. The panel is chaired by Infosys co‑founder Nandan Nilekani, known for designing Aadhaar and the UPI system, and includes space scientist S. Somnath, IPS officer Tapan Deka, IAS officer Anita Karwal and V. Kamakoti.
