Nandi Madida to bring Africa Now Radio to YFM

Media personality Nandi Madida is expanding her broadcasting reach by bringing her Apple Music show, ‘Africa Now Radio’, to the South African youth radio station Y (formerly YFM).

The program is scheduled to begin syndication on Y on 1 November 2026. Airing every Sunday from 13:00 to 14:00, the show will focus on global African music, culture, and emerging talent. Listeners can expect new releases, artist interviews, and a spotlight on the continent’s biggest hits.

Madida, a multi-award-winning singer and presenter, noted that the collaboration is an honor given YFM’s historical role in shaping South African youth culture and the music industry.
