Nangang Exhibition Center man in women's clothing referred to court
A 62-year-old man surnamed Jian was referred to the Shilin District Court for violating the Social Order Maintenance Act after entering a women's restroom at the Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei while dressed in women's clothing.
The incident occurred around 11:59 AM on the 22nd. While social media reports initially raised concerns regarding the potential installation of hidden cameras, the Nangang Police Division stated that investigations found no evidence of voyeurism or hidden recording devices. Police determined the man entered the restroom solely to wash his hands. Jian maintained that he was wearing the clothing as his usual attire and denied any intent to film others.
