Nangang’s Dongfang Dajing Nears Completion as Taipei’s East District Booms

Unit prices have risen sharply, with comparable land in the Nangang Economic and Trade Zone reaching NT$1.5 million per ping, and the nearby Ruentex “Nangang Heart” public‑private redevelopment projected to generate NT$600 billion in sales.
