Nankyoku theater troupe announces new comedy ‘E.G.G.’

The theater troupe Nankyoku has announced a new comedy production titled ‘E.G.G.’, set to perform at CBGK Shibugeki!! in Shibuya, Tokyo. The play revolves around the chaos caused by a mysterious egg that suddenly appears in a residential garden.

The production features a collaboration with the comedy duo A-Masso, including members Kano and Murakyami. Kano will co-direct the play alongside Nankyoku’s Konnichi Hakase. The cast includes ten members of Nankyoku as well as guest performers such as Kazunari Tosa from Europe Kikaku, Yuriko Sato, and Mie Kato.

The performances are scheduled for November 20 to November 23, 2025. Tickets are priced at 6,000 yen for general admission and 4,500 yen for those aged 28 and under.
