Nanni Moretti receives SIAE Andrea Purgatori Lifetime Achievement Award

Nanni Moretti has been awarded the 2026 SIAE Andrea Purgatori Lifetime Achievement Award. The ceremony took place at the Sala Perla of the Palazzo del Casinò in Venice.

SIAE President Salvatore Nastasi presented the award in the presence of Pietrangelo Buttafuoco, President of the La Biennale di Venezia Foundation, and Francesco Martinotti, President of the Giornate degli Autori. The award, named after the late Andrea Purgatori, is intended to recognize authors who have innovated and enriched Italian cinema through their talent and originality.
