Nansana: Three killed in suspected arson house fire

Three people died and six others survived after a fire broke out at a residence in Nansana West One A, Wakiso District, in the early hours of Monday. The deceased have been identified as Bulali Isabirye, Namuondo Annet, and Nanyombi Violet.

Police spokesperson Kituuma Rusoke stated that the bodies were burnt beyond recognition and that identification efforts are ongoing. Authorities are treating the incident as a suspected case of arson based on preliminary information. Reports suggest that one of the victims may have intentionally set the fire after allegedly forcing a child out of the house and locking other family members inside.
