naoo AG completes integration of Kingfluencers

naoo AG has finalized the integration of Kingfluencers into the naoo Group, following the initial acquisition in March 2025. The process concludes at the end of October with the relocation of operational teams to a shared office in Zurich.

Since the acquisition, the companies have merged organizational structures and established shared functions in finance, commercial, and human resources. The integration also includes joint growth initiatives that combine the naoo social media and commerce platform with Kingfluencers’ creator network and client relationships. While the operational teams move to Zurich, naoo AG will maintain its registered headquarters in Zug.

As part of this transition, Gregor Doser is stepping down from his operational responsibilities and his roles on the management teams of both naoo AG and Kingfluencers AG. Doser, who served as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director of Kingfluencers, is currently in discussions with the company regarding a potential future strategic advisory role.
