Naples announces autumn cultural and tourism festivals
Naples is hosting two major cultural initiatives throughout the autumn of 2026.
The “La Scala Musicale” festival, organized by the Fondazione Roberto Murolo ETS and supported by the Municipality of Naples, will take place from September 16 to 25. Held at the Casa Museo Murolo and throughout the Vomero district, the event aims to celebrate Neapolitan classical song through music, historical analysis, and cinema. The program includes expert discussions and a final live concert-reading in Piazzetta Fuga.
Additionally, the third edition of “Vespero Napoletano,” a slow tourism festival, will run from September 11 to October 24. Supported by the city's tourism and green departments, the project encourages visitors to explore lesser-known areas of Naples through experiential activities, including walks and theatrical or musical performances, to promote a more sustainable and community-focused approach to tourism.
