Naples: Man critically injured in Porta Capuana stabbing

A violent brawl involving approximately ten people occurred in the Porta Capuana area of Naples on Sunday afternoon. The incident resulted in a man, believed to be of North African origin and lacking identification documents, being stabbed in the head.

Emergency services treated the victim at the scene before transporting him to the Vecchio Pellegrini hospital, where he remains in critical condition with a reserved prognosis. Although police arrived at the scene, the other participants had already fled the area. State Police are currently investigating the motives behind the attack and are reviewing surveillance footage to identify the victim and the assailants.
