Naples metro to provide extra services for Champions League match

In preparation for the Champions League match between Napoli and Bodo/Glimt on Tuesday, October 20, Trenitalia, in agreement with the Campania Region and the Municipality of Naples, has scheduled extraordinary Metrolinea 2 services.

Five additional metropolitan train runs will depart from the Napoli Campi Flegrei station toward Napoli San Giovanni-Barra, providing over 2,500 extra seats to facilitate the movement of spectators from the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. To manage crowds, customer assistance and security personnel will be stationed at Napoli Piazza Garibaldi and Napoli Campi Flegrei. Passengers are advised to purchase tickets in advance via digital platforms or at the Campi Flegrei ticket office, which will remain open until the end of the event. Meanwhile, the Piazza Leopardi station is scheduled to close at 22:00.
