Naples receives 2.78 million euros for 2026 Christmas lights

The Campania Region has allocated 2.78 million euros to fund Christmas lights and festivities in Naples for 2026. This funding comes from the regional administration led by Governor Roberto Fico.

Unlike the previous year, the Naples Chamber of Commerce will not provide direct funding for the city, as its upcoming tender will focus exclusively on municipalities within the province. While the city of Naples is working to secure additional municipal resources and potential support from the Metropolitan City, the total budget for lighting is lower than the 4.8 million euros allocated in the prior year.
