Naples Approves Maradona Stadium Renovation for Euro 2032
The municipal council of Naples approved the comprehensive renovation of Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on the proposal of Mayor Gaetano Manfredi and Infrastructure Assessor Edoardo Cosenza. The dossier, comprising around 500 technical documents, received a positive opinion from the Conference of Services and is now ready for transmission. Financing will be provided by the Regione Campania with co‑financing from the Comune di Napoli, and the construction schedule is arranged to avoid any interruption of SSC Napoli home matches.
