Napoli Basket Preseason Camp in Slovenia and Roster Push

Napoli Basket will train in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia from 14 August to 4 September. During the camp the team will face Spartak Subotica (Serbia) on 21 August, Igokea (Bosnia‑Herzegovina) on 27 August and Krka Novo Mesto (Slovenia) on 1 September. After the camp the club will compete in the Memorial Pajetta in Udine (5‑6 September) and the Trofeo Basilicata in Matera (12‑13 September) before a final friendly against a French side in Strasbourg on 19 September.

Coach Jasmin Repeša is close to completing the roster. The club has already secured guard Jeff Dowtin, a former Maccabi Tel Aviv and Philadelphia 76ers player, and is in advanced talks to sign Jamaius Ramsey, last season’s LBA top scorer with Trieste. With those moves the squad aims to reach the playoffs and make a strong showing in the EuroCup, marking a historic return to European competition for Napoli Basket.
