Napoli faces internal reflection following defeat to Venezia

Following a defeat against Venezia, Napoli captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo expressed disappointment regarding the team’s recent results and lack of consistency, though he emphasized that the group remains united and motivated to improve.

Venezia coach Davide Nicola commented on the match, noting that his players were highly cooperative in implementing tactical changes and that the match against Napoli allowed them to find better competitive balance. He also defended player Adams, highlighting his personality and potential for improvement despite recent errors.

In transfer news, reports indicate that former coach Max Allegri had identified Gabriel Jesus as a priority target for Napoli during the summer window. However, club president Aurelio De Laurentiis reportedly declined the move due to the high costs associated with the player's salary.
