Napoli interested in Torino goalkeeper Diego Mascardi

Napoli has expressed significant interest in Diego Mascardi, a 19-year-old goalkeeper currently playing for Torino. According to Stefano Melissano, the former sporting director of Spezia, interest from Napoli emerged after Mascardi made only two professional appearances.

In addition to Napoli, Mascardi has attracted attention from other Italian clubs including Juventus, Atalanta, and Cagliari, as well as interest from two Premier League sides. Mascardi recently joined Torino following his time at Spezia. While several major clubs are monitoring the young goalkeeper, Melissano suggested that Torino remains the ideal environment for his continued development.
