Napoli secures defensive signings Favasuli and Badiashile

Napoli has completed two significant defensive signings under new manager Massimiliano Allegri. The club officially announced the arrival of Costantino Favasuli from Catanzaro. The 2004-born defender joins on a loan with an obligation to purchase, a deal valued at over 7 million euros including bonuses, with a contract running until 2031.

Additionally, Napoli has secured French defender Benoit Badiashile from Chelsea. The deal is structured as a loan worth 3 million euros with a buyout option set at 27 million euros. After completing medical examinations in Rome, Badiashile has joined the squad at Castel Volturno. While he is expected to bolster the defense, he may not be included in the squad for the upcoming match against Genoa following further medical consultations.
