Napoli targets Dani Ceballos to strengthen midfield

Napoli has reportedly made an approach for Dani Ceballos as they seek to strengthen the midfield for head coach Massimiliano Allegri. The 30-year-old Spanish midfielder is currently a free agent following his tenure at Real Madrid.

Napoli has submitted an offer to Ceballos’ representatives and is pushing to secure the former Real Madrid and Arsenal player for Serie A. While Juventus is also monitoring the situation, the midfielder is not currently a primary target for the Bianconeri, potentially allowing Napoli to move ahead in negotiations. Ceballos is also reportedly in contact with Real Betis.
