SSC Napoli marked its 100th anniversary by unveiling the 2026/27 home jersey aboard the MSC World Europa. The kit, designed by Valentina De Laurentiis with EA7 and featuring AI‑generated imagery of Diego Armando Maradona, incorporates NFC technology for exclusive fan content. President Aurelio De Laurentiis announced a year‑long programme of events culminating on 1 August 2026, including a city‑wide celebration, a feature film and fan activities.

De Laurentiis also called for modern infrastructure, citing the club’s need to compete with Italy’s larger teams. He confirmed the intention to break ground on a new stadium by 2028, pending bureaucratic approval, and stressed that the club must trim its 47‑player roster before entering the transfer market. The president highlighted the return of the historic "Corsiero del Sole" emblem as part of the centenary visual identity.
