Napoli's transfer woes tied to Conte's financial choices and tactical misfits

In a separate commentary, journalist Alfredo Pedullà blamed manager Antonio Conte for jeopardising Napoli’s market plans, saying Conte’s aggressive spending on players such as Lukaku, Lucca and Noa Lang left the club unable to secure targets Gila and Khalaili.
