NARAKA: BLADEPOINT announces first official Hearthstone collaboration

NetEase Games and 24 Entertainment have launched the first phase of a collaboration between the battle royale title NARAKA: BLADEPOINT and the card game Hearthstone. This marks the first instance of official Hearthstone content appearing in a video game developed by a company other than Blizzard.

Phase 1 introduces various cosmetic items and audio references to the NARAKA battlefield. Players can claim a free Murloc Headwear cosmetic and use an emote inspired by Anduin’s “Wow!” moment. The collaboration also includes audio announcements for epic and legendary item rarities, as well as a themed skin that transforms battlefield chests into Hearthstone card packs. A gameplay trailer featuring voice cameos from the Lich King was also released.

A second phase of the collaboration is scheduled to arrive in 2027, which will bring additional content to the game.
