Narbonne boosts heritage tourism with club visit and new guided walks

Racing Club Narbonnais players spent an afternoon exploring Narbonne’s historic centre, visiting the Saint‑Just‑et‑Saint‑Pasteur Cathedral, the City Hall and the Halles. The tour was led by Arnaud Meunier of the club’s commercial team, and the club thanked the city, especially deputy mayor Yves Penet and Don Adrien Alric for their hospitality.

The Narbonne tourism office has added two new guided walks to its summer programme, bringing the total to four tours that run until 15 September. Olivia Chenot, a guide‑conférencière, leads the walks, which highlight the Bourg district’s artisans, the stories of eight notable women from the city’s past, and a culinary route showcasing local specialties.
