Nardò to host Baroque Blue Se-Art Residency in 2026

The fifth edition of the Baroque Blue Se-Art Residency, titled ‘Le Rotte dei Nachiri: Biodiversità e Paesaggio’, will take place in Santa Maria al Bagno, Nardò, from September 19 to October 2, 2026. Produced by Primo Piano LivinGallery and curated by Dores Sacquegna, the project involves fourteen artists engaging with the local territory through sensory and mythical experiences.

The residency is supported by the Municipality of Nardò and various local entities, including the Porto Selvaggio e Palude del Capitano Regional Natural Park. The program will conclude on October 1 with a collective performance titled ‘La mappa vivente della luce sotterranea’, followed by a contemporary art exhibition and a sound painting performance by Daniela Cecere and Alberto Nick Bolettieri.
