Nardò E-Distribuzione road closures electrical infrastructure traffic restrictions

The municipality of Nardò has announced significant traffic restrictions and road closures due to upcoming electrical line construction works. The project, managed by E-Distribuzione through SO. I. GE. A s. r. l., will take place in the area of via XX Settembre at the northern entrance of the city.

According to ordinance n. 667, specific limitations are scheduled in phases. From Tuesday, October 27, to Wednesday, October 28, the signaled intersection between via XX Settembre, via De Gasperi, and via B. Acquaviva will be closed. Additional closures affect segments of via XX Settembre, via Principi di Savoia, via De Gasperi, via B. Acquaviva, and via Baracca.

Traffic diversions will be implemented, including a mandatory right turn onto via Zuccalà for those traveling via XX Settembre toward Lecce. Furthermore, the closure of via XX Settembre is scheduled to extend from Wednesday, October 28, through Monday, November 2.
