Narjara Turetta clarifies sale of personal items after privacy breach
Brazilian actress Narjara Turetta has addressed media reports regarding the sale of her personal belongings. Following news that she was selling a box of books via WhatsApp to cover expenses, Turetta clarified on social media that she is not facing financial hardship.
She explained that the sale was intended to support animal protection NGOs and that mentioning bills was merely a way to encourage sales among her close contacts. Turetta expressed frustration with the media for exposing a private message intended for her inner circle.
The 59-year-old actress, known for her roles in Globo productions, is currently active in her career. She is scheduled to sign her autobiography at Plaza Shopping Niterói on October 2 and will re-premiere her play, 'As Loucas de Copacabana', at Teatro Vanucci on October 8.
