Narlıdere Municipality signs collective labor agreement with DISK

The Narlıdere Municipality in İzmir concluded negotiations with DISK/Genel‑İş 4 branch and signed a new collective labor agreement for its permanent staff. The signing ceremony was attended by Mayor Erman Uzun, DISK Ege Region Representative Deniz Şahin Gümüştekin, DISK/Genel‑İş 4 Branch President Aydın Tekin, and representatives of the Social Democratic Public Employers' Union (SODEMSEN).

Mayor Uzun said the agreement reflects the municipality’s commitment to fiscal discipline while ensuring workers receive full compensation and are protected from inflation. Union representatives expressed satisfaction with the outcome, calling the contract beneficial for members and their families.
