Narodowy Bank Polski launches tender for new document management system

Narodowy Bank Polski (NBP) has launched a public tender for the design, implementation, and launch of a new electronic document management system, designated as SEZD-2.0.

The project scope includes technical design, implementation within the bank's IT environment, creation of post-implementation documentation, employee training, system maintenance, and consulting services. A critical requirement of the tender is the transfer of economic copyrights and the delivery of the system's source code to the NBP, ensuring the bank maintains control over future development and maintenance.

The project is expected to be completed within a maximum of 23 months. The selection process will be based on two criteria: the gross offer price, which accounts for 80% of the evaluation, and the implementation timeline, which accounts for the remaining 20%. The deadline for submitting bids is October 9, 2026.
