Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections receives new update

Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced a new free update for Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections. The update introduces Nanashi Uchiha as a playable character, expanding the roster with a character who previously played a central role in the game's original story mode.

In addition to the new character, the update includes several combat balance adjustments. These changes affect guard durability, Ninja Dash, and Chakra Dash mechanics to improve competitive play. Specific character adjustments were made to Kabuto Yakushi (Sage Mode), Kankuro, Chiyo, and Sasori to refine their combat effectiveness and restrictions.

New gameplay content is also being introduced, including the return of Ninja Battles and the addition of Proficiency Events to help players increase skills more quickly. Players can also participate in Special Challenges to earn new titles, alongside the addition of new items and character costume colors.
