Narwal announces Freo 20 robot vacuum with FlowWash technology

Narwal has announced the launch of the Narwal Freo 20, a robot vacuum and mop designed to bring flagship-level cleaning technology to a more accessible price point. The device is scheduled to debut in the United States on August 20, 2026, with an MSRP of $1,099.99 and an introductory promotional price of $899.99 available through September 3, 2026.

A key feature of the Freo 20 is the integration of the FlowWash Mopping System. Unlike traditional circular mops, this system utilizes a flattened roller mop that provides up to seven times more surface contact. The system features real-time self-cleaning, using 16 nozzles to spray heated water (up to 140°F) onto the mop while it operates, alongside an internal scraper and high-pressure air pump to remove debris.

Technical specifications include 31,000 Pa suction power, dual RGB cameras with AI-driven obstacle detection capable of recognizing over 300 household objects, and a DualFlow tangle-free system for hair management. The robot also includes specialized cleaning modes for pets and babies, as well as an automated base station that performs high-temperature dock cleaning and hot air drying.
