NASA and SpaceX delay Crew-13 launch due to Dragon propulsion leak

NASA and SpaceX have postponed the Crew-13 mission to the International Space Station following the discovery of an oxidizer leak in the Dragon spacecraft’s propulsion system. The anomaly was detected during routine pre-launch processing at Space Launch Complex 40 in Florida.

Technical teams are currently conducting additional tests, reviewing data, and performing necessary repairs to address the leak. Both organizations have stated that a new launch date will not be announced until technical officials consider the issue resolved, prioritizing vehicle safety over the flight schedule. The Crew-13 mission is intended to transport a multi-national crew of American, Canadian, and Russian astronauts to the orbiting laboratory.
