NASCAR Americana docuseries explores the history of stock car racing

The three-part docuseries 'NASCAR Americana' premiered on USA Network on August 9, 2026. Narrated by Walton Goggins and executive produced by Peyton Manning, the series explores the evolution of NASCAR from its Southern backroad origins and bootlegging roots to a major American cultural phenomenon.

The series features various prominent figures, including Jeff Gordon, Darius Rucker, and Frankie Muniz. It includes the first formal interview with Hall of Famer Kurt Busch following the death of his brother, Kyle, from complications related to bacterial pneumonia and sepsis.
