NASCAR Clash returns to Daytona International Speedway in 2027

The Wheatley Vodka Clash is set to return to Daytona International Speedway on February 13, 2027. This marks the return of the preseason NASCAR Cup Series exhibition to the venue after a five-year absence.

The event will be held under the lights and serves as the kickoff for Speedweeks, which leads into the 69th running of the Daytona 500 on February 21. Daytona previously hosted the Clash for over four decades from 1979 to 2020 before the event moved to other locations, including the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and Bowman Gray Stadium.

The 2027 NASCAR Cup Series schedule includes several key dates, starting with the Clash at Daytona, followed by the Daytona 500 on February 21. The season continues with races at Atlanta, Circuit of the Americas, Phoenix Raceway, and Las Vegas Motor Speedway, eventually concluding with the NASCAR Championship at Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 14.
