Nashville Predators announce new streaming and broadcast model
The Nashville Predators have announced a new local media distribution model for the 2026-27 NHL season, combining over-the-air broadcasts with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) streaming service. Through a partnership with ViewLift, a technology company recently acquired by DAZN, the team will launch a dedicated streaming platform providing live games, full-game replays, highlights, and original programming. The service is expected to be available on web browsers, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Roku TV, Fire TV, and Android TV.
Local fans within the broadcast area can watch games via Scripps Sports on Channel 28, The Spot, using an HD antenna or local cable package. The streaming service will serve fans across Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Georgia, and Mississippi. Additionally, ESPN will host three national broadcasts for the team on ESPN+, including matchups against Colorado, Los Angeles, and Edmonton. Pricing and specific trial information for the new streaming service have not yet been released.
