Nat Tobin will return to Sydney FC for the 2026-27 A-League Women season after a one-year hiatus. The 29-year-old captain took time away during the 2025-26 season to give birth to her son, Charlie.

Tobin is one of the most decorated players in the club's history, having won seven major trophies, including four Championships and three Premierships. She is Sydney FC’s third most-capped player in the A-League Women, with 124 appearances.

Head Coach James Slaveski noted that Tobin’s return provides a significant boost to the squad, citing her experience, leadership, and ability to set standards for younger players. Tobin expressed her excitement about returning to competitive football and helping the team achieve success.
