Natal hosts MADA Festival and children's music event

Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, will host two distinct musical events in October. The MADA Festival (Música Alimento da Alma) returns for its 28th edition on October 16 and 17 at the Arena das Dunas. The lineup features prominent Brazilian artists including Zeca Pagodinho, Marina Sena, Emicida, BaianaSystem, and Gaby Amarantos. The festival aims to exceed its 2025 attendance of 40,000 people and will be broadcast via TV Globo, Inter TV, and Globoplay across several Brazilian states.

Additionally, Midway Mall is organizing the first edition of ‘Festinha Potiguar’ at the Teatro Riachuelo on October 18. This free children's event features local artists such as Dani Cruz, Carol Porto, Dani Fernandes, the Submarino Amarelo block, and the band SouRebel. The performances will adapt various musical styles, including samba, MPB, reggae, and rock, into kid-friendly versions using instruments like the xylophone and recorder.
