Natal road closures scheduled for transmission line works

Neoenergia Cosern has announced partial road closures on Avenida Dr. João Medeiros Filho in Natal to facilitate the construction of a new transmission line. The project aims to strengthen the energy supply for the city's North Zone.

Closures are scheduled between August 19 and August 23. Specific interventions include:

• August 19: Intersection of Av. Maranguape and Av. Dr. João Medeiros Filho (12:00 to 15:00). • August 20: Intersection of Av. Paulistana and Av. Dr. João Medeiros Filho (05:00 to 12:00). • August 21: Intersections with Rua Henrique Dias and Rua Santa Luzia (9:00 to 13:00 and 13:00 to 17:00, respectively). • August 22–23: Section between the gas station and Caixa Econômica Federal (05:00 to 15:00).

While vehicle and pedestrian circulation will be restricted at intervention points, public transport access will remain permitted. The utility company stated there will be no interruption to the electricity supply for residents during the construction.
