GIAS General Manager Natale Lia featured on ‘Boss in Incognito’

Natale Lia, General Manager of the frozen food company GIAS, was the featured subject of the second episode of the Rai 2 docu-reality series ‘Boss in Incognito’, hosted by Elettra Lamborghini.

During the episode, Lia worked undercover alongside his employees to experience their daily tasks and challenges. His duties included harvesting zucchini in the fields, product selection and packaging, line finishing, and working in the experimental kitchen. GIAS, a company with over 50 years of history and approximately 500 employees, is a major industrial entity in Calabria specializing in Mediterranean-style frozen foods using a short and sustainable supply chain.

The program, an adaptation of the international ‘Undercover Boss’ format, aims to highlight Italian entrepreneurial excellence while fostering direct connection between management and staff.
