Natasha Grey-Brookes Resigns as Leader of St. Kitts Opposition Party

Natasha “Shanny” Grey‑Brookes announced her resignation as Political Leader of the People’s Action Movement (PAM) in St. Kitts and Nevis, effective 31 July 2026. She will remain active in the party, focusing on contesting the St. Christopher One constituency and supporting PAM’s campaign for the upcoming general election.

The PAM National Executive said the resignation is a strategic realignment to strengthen the party’s election prospects. A constitutional process to elect a new Political Leader has begun and is expected to be completed within weeks, with Grey‑Brookes continuing to play a prominent role in campaign activities.
