Nathan Ceballos arrested for assault and camera vandalism in Palm Desert
Nathan Ceballos, 31, was arrested in Palm Desert, California, following an alleged assault on a contractor. The victim was reportedly working to replace a Flock Safety automatic license plate reader camera that had been previously vandalized.
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, Ceballos allegedly threatened to stab the worker, slashed all four tires on the worker's utility vehicle, and damaged the new camera. Following his arrest, deputies executed a search warrant at Ceballos’ residence.
During the search, investigators discovered evidence of additional vandalism to Flock Safety cameras and multiple sexually intrusive videos of teenage girls recorded in both public and private spaces. Deputies are currently working to identify the victims featured in the videos. Ceballos has been booked into the John Benoit Detention Center on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, and multiple counts of felony vandalism.
