Nathan Gallagher arrested in Australia on domestic violence charges

Nathan Gallagher, known for the Bravo series ‘Below Deck Mediterranean’, was arrested in Australia on December 27, 2025, following an alleged assault on a 29-year-old woman. The incident reportedly occurred on December 26 at a unit complex in Melrose Park.

According to New South Wales Police, Gallagher faces three domestic violence-related charges: assault occasioning actual bodily harm, common assault, and intentionally choking a person without consent. Police stated that the woman involved did not suffer serious injuries.

After being initially refused bail, Gallagher appeared in court on December 28 and was granted conditional bail. He is scheduled to appear at Burwood Local Court on January 15, 2026, with a subsequent appearance set for September 1, 2026.
