Nathan Gallagher convicted of domestic violence charges

Nathan Gallagher, a cast member of the Below Deck franchise, was convicted on three counts of domestic violence following an incident in Australia in December 2025. The charges included assault occasioning actual bodily harm, common assault, and intentionally choking a person without consent. Gallagher was eventually convicted after failing to appear in court.

In an August 2026 statement to Rolling Stone, Gallagher acknowledged making mistakes and taking responsibility, though he noted he possessed video footage and messages that he believes provide important context to the incident.

Following the arrest, Bravo terminated Gallagher's employment. Additionally, an Apprehended Violence Application was filed on behalf of his former partner, Gael Cameron, in New South Wales. While many franchise cast members have avoided direct public commentary, some have expressed subtle support for Cameron.
