Nathan Gallagher faces assault charges in Australia and Ireland

Nathan Gallagher, a reality television star known for ‘Below Deck Mediterranean’, is facing legal proceedings in both Australia and Ireland.

In Australia, Gallagher has been charged with common assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and intentionally choking a person without consent following an incident in December 2025 involving a 29-year-old woman. An apprehended violence application has also been filed by Gael Cameron, with whom Gallagher shares a child.

Additionally, a bench warrant was issued in Ireland after Gallagher failed to appear in court regarding a 2022 assault charge in Dungloe, Donegal.

Regarding his professional future, reports indicate that while Gallagher was not removed from the current season of ‘Below Deck Mediterranean’ during the legal process, he is unlikely to return for the upcoming 12th season.
