Nathan Ngoumou joins OGC Nice from Borussia Mönchengladbach

Nathan Ngoumou has completed a permanent transfer from Borussia Mönchengladbach to OGC Nice. The 26-year-old Cameroonian winger passed his medical examination on Monday, August 17, following a period of recovery from a ruptured Achilles tendon sustained in April 2025.

Borussia Mönchengladbach confirmed the departure of the player after four seasons with the club. Gladbach head of sports Rouven Schröder noted that the move was intended to provide Ngoumou with the regular playing time necessary to regain his form following his long-term injury.

Ngoumou, who previously played in France for Toulouse, expressed high motivation for the new challenge, stating that he feels fit and ready to contribute to the OGC Nice squad.
