National Association of Manufacturers Awards State Chambers in 2026
The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) announced at its annual conference in Colorado Springs that two state chambers received COSMA honors for 2026. The Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry was presented with the Conference of State Manufacturers Associations (COSMA) Leadership Award after securing regulatory relief from the Environmental Protection Agency for air‑quality requirements affecting the Phoenix‑Mesa region. The Minnesota Chamber of Commerce received the inaugural COSMA Impact Award for uniting Minnesota’s business community and providing manufacturers with timely solutions to cost and regulatory challenges. NAM’s leadership, including Jay Timmons, highlighted President Doug Loon’s “courage and clarity” in rallying business leaders. Both awards were selected by a committee of previous COSMA honorees.
