National Bank adopts 2025 Financial Stability Report

The National Bank has adopted its 2025 Financial Stability Report, concluding that the financial system maintained stability and resilience throughout the year despite global uncertainties.

The banking sector demonstrated growing solvency and capitalization, strengthening its ability to manage potential shocks. While liquidity levels remained satisfactory, there was a slow growth in liquid assets due to slower deposit growth alongside increased credit activity.

The insurance sector maintained adequate solvency, liquidity, and solid profitability with limited risks. Additionally, investment funds emerged as the fastest-growing segment of the financial system for the second consecutive year, driven by high inflows of new funds despite lower yield rates.
