National Career Week 2026 to promote vocational counseling in Poland

The National Career Week 2026, themed ‘Man – the heart of every profession’, is scheduled to take place from October 19 to 25, 2026. Organized by the Association of School and Vocational Counselors of the Republic of Poland, the initiative aims to inspire local and national activities focused on vocational counseling and informed educational decisions.

Participants, including vocational counselors and teachers, are encouraged to implement community-based actions such as conferences, webinars, job fairs, or workshops. Registered participants can receive certificates and enter competitions.

In Kamienna Góra, a specific event will be held on October 21, 2026, at the Culture Center. Organized by several entities, including the District Labor Office in Kamienna Góra and the Voivodeship Labor Office in Wrocław, the meeting will address the role of human competence and experience in a labor market increasingly shaped by automation and artificial intelligence. The program includes expert lectures, discussion panels, and educational workshops designed to help youth explore career predispositions.
