National Committee for Labor Committees launches 6th sports and cultural tournament

The National Committee for Labor Committees has announced the sixth edition of its sports, cultural, and mental competitions for private sector employees. Scheduled to take place from October 29 to November 9, 2026, the event will be hosted at the Saudi Energy Company Club facilities in the Al-Nafil district of Riyadh.

The tournament features over 400 participants representing more than 25 companies. Competitions include football, cricket, and padel, alongside mental and cultural contests such as Baloot, painting, and poetry. The event is supported by the Ministry of Sport and the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission, with Barq Company serving as the official sponsor.

In addition to the competitions, the General Organization for Social Insurance will participate in educational and awareness programs to enhance labor and insurance awareness among participants. The initiative aims to improve quality of life in the workplace and encourage social participation in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 goals.
