National Council of Justice holds workshops on structural processes

The National Council of Justice (CNJ) held innovation workshops regarding structural processes on September 8 and 9, 2026. The event was hosted by the Farol Innovation Laboratory of the National School for the Formation and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam).

In partnership with several judicial innovation labs, including IJuspLab (TRF3), Ipê Lab (CJF), and Aurora Lab (TJDFT), the workshops focused on identifying and treating structural processes. Approximately 30 participants, including members of the judiciary and the Public Defender's Office, engaged in thematic discussions. The goal is to refine technical notes and develop a unified norm that addresses the needs of all branches of justice and regional court diversities.
