National Electoral Chamber suspends PJ internal elections in Jujuy

The National Electoral Chamber has suspended the internal elections of the Justicialist Party (PJ) in Jujuy, Argentina. The ruling follows an appeal by the 'Lista Celeste y Blanca N° 2', led by Rubén Rivarola, which had previously been excluded from the process.

Judges Alberto Ricardo Dalla Via, Santiago Hernán Corcuera, and Daniel Bejas determined that the case involves more than a standard partisan dispute, as it affects democratic internal methods. Consequently, the internal election originally scheduled for Sunday, August 30, has been halted until a definitive resolution is reached regarding the appeal.
